When will I get my order?
All orders are processed and sent within 2-5 business days. We use the Royal Mail 48-hour tracking delivery service.
Can I see a preview of the embroidery?
If you provide your own design or photo, we’ll create a preview for your approval before production begins.
We’ll wait up to five days for your response. If no response is received within that time, we’ll proceed with the current design.
What is the return policy?
At Broydy Ltd, every item is made to order and individually embroidered just for you. Because each piece is customised, we can only accept returns in limited cases.
How are your products manufactured?
The sweatshirts and hoodies are produced in India in factories powered by wind turbines and solar panels.
All products are made from 100% organic cotton, are GOTS-certified, and are produced in Fair Wear Foundation–approved factories, ensuring safe and ethical working conditions throughout the process.
All embroidery is completed in our London-based studio.
How much does UK shipping cost?
We offer free UK shipping on orders over £70. For orders under £70, standard Royal Mail delivery fees apply.
Do you ship to Europe?
Yes – we ship to the EU for a flat rate of £11. All EU orders are sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), so there are no additional customs charge.
