Refund policy

At Broydy Ltd, every item is made to order and individually embroidered – just for you.
Because each piece is customised, we can only accept returns in limited cases.

When you can return or replace an item

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives faulty or damaged, or
  • We made a mistake in the embroidery (wrong design, placement, or size).

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sales@broydy.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue.

When returns aren’t possible

We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Incorrect size, colour, or design provided by the customer
  • Minor variations in thread colour or texture (these are part of the customised embroidery process)
  • Normal wear and tear or damage from incorrect washing
