We accept old clothes and household items for embroidery – whether you’d like to cover stains or elevate the design
How to send your item:
1. Place an order on the website. We’ll send you an envelope containing a parcel bag, a pre-paid postage label, and a few marking dots.

2. Place the marking dots where you’d like the embroidery to be. For example, on the chest or sleeve. We can also cover old stains or small rips with embroidery; the dots help us identify their exact placement.

3. Put your garment into the parcel bag and attach the postage label.

4. Drop the parcel off at any Royal Mail post office across the UK. There’s no need to queue or pay for postage – everything is prepaid.
Please note: the parcel must be posted by the 'Post by' date shown on the label. After this date, the postage label will expire.
