These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including the purchase of customised embroidered clothing.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Custom Embroidery Service
Each Broydy item is made individually, based on your chosen design or uploaded illustration. Because every product is customised, variations in colour, texture, or size may occur. We do our best to ensure that the final embroidery closely matches the digital artwork, but slight differences are part of the custom embroidery process.
2. Artwork and Intellectual Property
By uploading or submitting artwork to us, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to use the design, or you have permission or a valid license to use it.
- You are not infringing on any third-party intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse any design that we believe may violate these conditions or our brand values.
3. Order Process
Once your order is placed:
- You will receive an order confirmation by email.
- We begin production after payment is received.
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once embroidery has started.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full before production begins.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
5. Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Broydy Ltd is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to international shipments.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because each product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where:
- The item arrives faulty or damaged, or
- We made an error in the embroidery (wrong design, size, or placement).
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and your order number.
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
We cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind or design preference
- Minor variations in colour, thread tone, or texture
- Issues resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
7. Care Instructions
Each product includes care guidance. Failure to follow these instructions may damage the embroidery or fabric and will void any warranty or replacement eligibility.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of our products.
9. Privacy
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
By using our website, you consent to such processing and confirm that all information you provide is accurate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
