Send your garment
You can send us your own garment for embroidery. We work best with cotton and other stable, non-stretch fabrics that hold their shape during embroidery.
How it works
Place an order → we confirm → send us your garment → we embroider and return it.

Please send us a clear photo of the item before placing your order, and we’ll confirm whether it’s suitable for embroidery.
Maximum embroidery size:
100 × 100 mm (4 × 4 in)
Shipping
Once we've confirmed your garment is suitable, we'll email you our address. Please post your garment to us at your own cost and include a note with your order number or name inside the parcel.
We recommend using Royal Mail with tracking.
! Please note: we can't take responsibility for items until they have arrived with us.
After embroidery, we'll post your garment back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Return
No returns or exchange for personalised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or not as described.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to help.
Care for an embroidery
Wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not bleach. If the embroidery feels stiff after washing, iron inside out.
