You can send us your own garment for embroidery. We work best with cotton and other stable, non-stretch fabrics that hold their shape during embroidery.

Place an order → we confirm and send a prepaid pack → send us garment → we embroider and return it

Please send us a clear photo of the item before placing your order, and we’ll confirm whether it’s suitable for embroidery.

Shipping
We send you a prepaid Royal Mail pack to ship your garment to us.
Drop the parcel off at any Royal Mail post office across the UK. There’s no need to queue or pay for postage – everything is prepaid.
! Please note: the parcel must be posted by the “Post by” date shown on the label. After this date, the postage label will expire.
Return
No returns or exchange for personalised or made-to-order items unless they are faulty or not as described.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll do our best to help.
Care for an embroidery
Wash at 30°C, inside out. Do not bleach. If the embroidery feels stiff after washing, iron inside out.
